Nothing to collect.
Trym's App Store privacy label is Data Not Collected — because the app is built that way. Here is the whole story, plainly.
Data Not Collected
Trym collects no data. No analytics, no identifiers, no usage tracking, no crash reporting to us. This matches the app's privacy manifest (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy): no tracking, no collected data types.
What stays on your Mac
Your artwork
SVG documents, exports, and generated code are read from and written to the files and folders you choose. They are never uploaded anywhere.
Presets, themes, and sessions
Stored in the app's local container on your Mac.
Diagnostics
Trym writes diagnostic logs to local files only. They never leave your Mac unless you choose to attach them to a support email.
The AI assistant
On-device by default. The assistant uses Apple Intelligence foundation models running on your Mac (requires macOS 26 with Apple Intelligence). No network involved.
Bring your own key, optionally. You can configure your own API key for a cloud model. Requests then go solely to the endpoint you configure — never through KontentApps servers. The key is stored in the macOS Keychain. Trym ships with no key and makes no other network calls.
No account, no tracking
- ✓ No account or sign-in — the App Store receipt is the license.
- ✓ No third-party SDKs, no ads, no analytics frameworks.
- ✓ Purchases, payments, and refunds are handled entirely by Apple.
This website & legacy purchases
This page covers the Trym app. The kontentapps.com website (analytics, cookie consent) and historical direct-sale data for Trym v1 are covered by the site-wide GDPR & privacy policy.
