Your data, explained plainly.
We believe privacy is a right, not a policy checkbox. Here's exactly what we collect and why.
What data we store
Purchase information
Order ID, email, and country from PayPal at the time of purchase. This is the same data you enter when buying. If you purchase through a reseller (e.g. our China partner), we receive no personal data.
License key
A unique access key generated at purchase. Stored with your email to allow re-delivery and activation count tracking.
Activation data
Activation count per license key (to enforce a maximum of 3 devices). No hardware IDs or MAC addresses stored.
Collectie / Zoommy account data
For apps that use accounts: email, name, and encrypted password. Favourites and collections data.
What we don’t do
Website analytics
On kontentapps.com we use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and understand traffic. Analytics only load after you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics scripts load and no cookies are set.
We send to Google: anonymized IP, page URL, referrer, screen size, and a randomly generated client ID (stored in the _ga cookie). We do not send your email, name, or any purchase data.
To revoke consent, clear cookies and site data for kontentapps.com in your browser — the banner will reappear on next visit.
Your rights under GDPR
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase the personal data we hold. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
